Strange TL behaviour on RSI

I just set up a custom RSI and for some strange reason, trend lines are not plotting in the lower half of the panel. You'll se that the RSI showing is actually the average (the cyan trend line is an extended TL) : if I plot the RSI, the TL plots. Any idea why this might be, please ?

jtrade, can you please check if you would see the same if you moved the trendline to a zorder level of 2?

Please select the trend-line drawn and hold Ctrl on your keyboard pressed, now use the mouse's scrollwheel to cycle through the available zorder object layering levels - would the trendline the appear completely?

Nothing happening when following your instructions with Ctrl, other than opening the TL Properties box nd/or a cicrle formnig and then shrinking to a point..no zorder stuff

Edit : I should add that using the scroll wheel with Ctrl held down just side scrolls the chart. If I click on the RSI line and highlight it, then I can see the portion of the TL below the 50 level.
