Can't get Kinetick data

I have IB.
I want data from Kinetick and I signed up and connected.

I only have Kinetick and Kinetick EOD free connected

First one connected was Kinetick (real time).

I tried to get GE (IB disconnected)

It shows both

when I tried to get a chart here is the image

I removed Kinetick EOD feed...no luck

I tried session 24/7 .. no luck

the control center said loading ... then saving but nothing in the chart

As a test, please connect only to your real-time Kinetick account. Next, load a 1 minute chart of this instrument - does this chart load?

I did that and still nothing.
I restarted NT and it worked...
