Failed to download Ninjatrader

Hi,

I have downloaded the setup file and when I try to install it I receive the message "Failed to download Ninjatrader".

Any recommendations?

Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application:

Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
Delete your browsing history
Attempt the download again

If the above does not work then try:
Repeat above instructions
Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download

If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide further instructions.

No I have installed the program and get this message instead:

"Ninja Trader has detected a problem and needs to shut down. Information has been written to the trace file. Please restart Ninja Trader and send us an email via Help > Mail to Support and include information on how you may have encountered this problem.

Do you wish to save the current state of your workspace(s)?"

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Bertrand' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most current trace file.
You'll find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20110315.txt'.
