64 bit version missing on upgrade

HI,

I've just upgraded to 7.4 and it upgraded the 32 bit version but the 64 bit version is not there. The folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\NingaTrader 7\bin64" is empty. I have installed this on two PCs and it is empty in both.

Thank you for your post.

Please send your most recent Log & Trace files.

From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > ‘Email to Support…’ and check the box by “Log & Trace file”

Hi,

Thanks for the reply but I've worked it out.
I'm using Windows 7 and I hadn't installed Service Pack 1. After installing it and running the NinjaTrader update again the 64 bit version installed OK on both machines.
