No time and price scale on charts

When I open a chart in NT7 there is no vertical time scale and horizontal price scale on the chart. I used the help section but I can not figure out what I must change in the settings.

Thanks for your note.

Can you please send me a screenshot of your chart since this should not be possible.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Also, Can you please let me know what version of NinjaTrader you are using this is located in the Control Center under Help->About and is to the right of the NinjaTrader logo.

Hello,

Ok in this case the color for axis is also black. Which means that its combining together with your background color. Please right click on the chart and select properties. Then change the Color for Axis to something other then black.

I feel so stupid. Of course this was the problem. I changed the color and everything is fine now, I see the time and price scale. Thank you very much!
