Order Event Warning:Attribute 'Outside Regular Trading'

Hi, using NT7.0.1000.3 and IB TWS 911 downloaded from your site. I've been getting these "Order Event Warning:Attribute 'Outside Regular Trading Hours'" warnings in the log. Here is an example of a trade on the NYSE. You can see here that the time is 9:31:09, so a full minute and 9 seconds after the market opened, so well within RTH.

fwiw, I have my machine sync'ing the computer clock with atomic clocks every morning prior to trading.

How can I go about disabling this issue?

This message comes from Interactive Brokers. I believe it can be safely ignored but you will want to check with them the specifics.
