EOD Feeds - Yahoo, Google, Kinetick

If I have a chart of the SPY using the template "US Equities RTH" and I am connected to the following feeds when do I expect to get todays Daily Candle when the market closes ? 20mins later? or earlier?

1) Yahoo
2) Google
3) Kinetick


With these feeds for I am use to looking at http://finance.yahoo.com/echarts?s=yhoo

and getting a delayed feed of 20mins - is it possible to get a delayed feed with Yahoo through Ninja?

If so how can I get that?

Hello,

Thanks for your note.

On any daily chart the chart bar is updated when it is pushed out.

The session template has no effect on the start and end time of the bar.

Therefor whenever the provider pushed out the next bar is when it rolls over.

When you connect to yahoo it is possible to get some delayed data. However yahoo only offers it on certain instruments.

OKay for the Yahoo EOD feed once the market closes in a regular when would that data usually appear in Ninja? Is it 20 mins after close of market usually?

Wouldnt be able to say sorry. Would have to have you check it tonight when it updates. It will update when yahoo updates their daily charts. Suggest you contact them on this to find out when they update there charts.

Brett, What about Kinetick EOD feed when it the EOD candle printed ? How long after the close of the market?

It can be a different time for different instruments I have heard from my kinetick representative. For examply I believe its different with forex since the markets dont really close. However for futures and forex what kyle mentions should be correct. For forex I believe its simply the end of the day.
