stability problem since NT7 upgrade with adding to IB

Since the last release of NT7 and it's connection to Kinetick as first datafeed and IB as broker/ second datafeed, I have had problems with the stability of NT. It is loosing connection with IB almost daily, which did not happend before, NT freezes constantly, charts keep loading (even only when I load one simple three day 4 renko bar chart), gaps in data which have to be manually filled with the historical data manager etc.

It's all just very unreliable since the last update and adding Kinetick. Before I had no problems at all and a systems which hardly went down and ran for weeks without any hassle.

Could it be something with the very last NT upgrade to 0.3 live, the adding of Kinetick of the simultanious use of Kinetick and IB?

Francis, sorry to hear about your issues - I'm not aware of other ones inline with it suggesting a more general issue - which IB TWS are you using in this setup? Could you also please contact me via the Help > Mail to Support option with your logs and traces so we could review for more insight?

I'm installing NT R4 right now. I think it is wise to test the whole setup with this release first. I'll let you know the outcome.
