What is the time frame if I set to true to show realized PNL.. Can I rest this to zero somewhere?

Thank you for your post.
The timeframe for your account realized PnL would be for the day, so as long as your system clock matches the date of order entries those would show in NinjaTrader, and then the next day would reset based on trades taken from that day.
With live accounts the information displayed for your realized PnL would be based on the provider, and would not be able to be reset manually, but this occurs at the end of each day. More information at:
With simulated trades it is possible if you go to Tools > Options > Simulator to Reset the Simulation Account which would modify the account values and affect your realized PnL.Ryan O.NinjaTrader Customer Service
