Unable to delete cs. file.....

I just downloaded the latest NT7 ver. 3 and imported a cs file but it would not compile. After I tried to delete the file I got this pop up. The only problem is all the other indicators are all original from the initial download. How could any other files be referencing this custom file if they are all original download? I'm confused. Please advise.

Hi Jeffalan2112,

The dependencies refer to other files. You can try deleting in a different order and that should work for you.

An alternative is manually deleting the file from your hard drive, compiling, and then look for error messages for any indicators that had this file for a reference. You can then delete those files as well.

i cannot get any indicators to compile or import now. i deleted from the harddrive and while the cs file no longer exists the indicator is still listed on the charts indicator list.

Restart NT and it should recompile only your valid indicators. That should remove indicators created from any missing .cs file.
