PFG Error Loading more that 96 hours of data

This morning I started getting historical data errors (image attached). I understand that my provider only does 96hrs of historical data, but if I have data older than that stored why am I getting these errors?

I have a couple of short-term charts that look back only 7 days and a couple of long-term charts that look back 35 days. It seems that the 35-day charts are causing the problem today. They weren't a problem before today

Hello,

The reason why is you have run into the data loading rules that make NinjaTrader think that it is missing data. Therefor its trying to load it from PFG which then is failing. This is expected with this version of NinjaTrader and PFG. Please see these data loading rules to find out when NinjaTrader requests data and when you will run into this error.

We do not see this error on NinjaTrader 7 if you are able to upgrade.
