JPM BAC XOM these large nyse stocks... just adjusted the exchanges to Default and NYSE... get the same message....

"No market data permissions for NYSE STK"

This work for me without error.

1) What version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Example: 7.0.1000.30)

* You can check under Help -> About

2) What build of Traders Workstation are you using? (Example: 944.3)

* To verify what version of Traders Workstation you currently have log into Traders Workstation
* Under Help go to About Traders Workstation...
* Scroll down and look for Build

3) Does it work if you add |SMART to the end of the symbol mapping?
To do this go to Tools> Instrument Manager
Select the instrument under Available Master Instruments and press Edit
Select the Misc tab
Under Symbol Mapping - Interactive Brokers add |SMART to the end
Example: XOM|SMART

I am using the latest version of both NT and TWS

I added the |SMART in front of the IB Mapping but got the same message..

Thanks for your reply.

The latest version of TWS is untested. I would recommend installing the required version and testing once again.
If this does not resolve it please write into platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com to set up a remote call to look into this further.

I shall schedule a call - but is there anyone out there that actually gets data from Default IB Smart on US stocks without subscribing to an exchange?
