Problems with kinetick end of the dat data

Hello,

I downloaded the latest version of ninja trader and made a connection to Kinetick free end of day data. I only can load the daily, weekly, monthly charts (for YM) and there is no time scale at the bottom of the charts. Lower time scale charts (tick, minute, hour) I can't load. What I do wrong?

The Free Kinetick EOD data feed provides daily data only. If you would like to use intraday data, another provider would need to be used.
