huge delay

My NJ7 has huge real time data delay, I am using ZenFile. delay time is about 20 minutes delay. when I start NJ7, it had 1 minute delay, but afer a hour, there were 20 minutes delay

What instrument are you seeing this delay for? (or is it for all instruments?)

What interval are you viewing for the delayed instrument?

Are there any specific actions that cause the delay or is it occurring spontaneously every time?

Does this issue persist if you build a new chart without any indicators or custom chart templates?

YM, I haven't try other insutrument

I use 5 tick renko chart, at beginning, it is ok, then 1 minute, 2 minutes .......20 minutes.....

computer clock is right clock, but NJ clock delays gradually...

With a new chart (no indicators or templates) a smaller brick size; e.g. 2.

Let us know if the update for both the 5 & 2 brick size charts update at the same or different times (i.e. if the delay is the same or not).

Please also repeat this test for an instrument other than the YM (such as a Forex future for example).

So you can confirm that the update/delay between the different brick sizes is not in sync; i.e. updates take place at different times – correct?
