    stalls at loading account list for MBTrading

    Greetings,

    I am using NT7R1 until I am sure that there is resolution of issues I have seen posted about R3.

    I was doing some optimization with NT7R1 64bit, and switching to 32bit I see a dialogue that looks to be from MB Navigator 'Loading account list'. I already made 1 attempt with task mgr to shut down the process and restart the cpu and try again ...
    same issue ...

    Any suggestions?

      Hello Jon and fx.practic,

      Can you please tell me when exactly this pop up window appears. Since the pop up window is generated by MBT Navigator, I suggest to contact MBTrading regarding this issue as well. They should be able to provide clarification why this pop up message occurs and how to avoid it.

      I suggest to try recreating your MBTrading connection and check if this will make any difference. Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Account Connections, highlight your MBTrading connection and select Remove. Click Add to create a new connection as per the instructions at the link below.


      When I tested a MBTrading connection on my end, I did not experience the 'Loading account list' pop up window on my end.

        After several restarts, and I actually was going to try a previous image after I completed the newest of the current hard drive, I managed to have a startup and am running on the originally setup that wouldnt work.

          The window is one of the series that dispalys/flashes by, as the Navigator loads before NT does.

            Good to hear you can connect again. I recommend to contact MBTrading for clarificiation on this pop up window.
