NT7 Indicators not working online

    NT7 Indicators not working online

    I'm running NT7.0.1000.1
    Tried loading pivot indicators that come with NT7 and they work fine as long as I'm not online. As soon as I connect to my broker, the pivots disappear. The price markers don't show up either. I've tried removing and re-adding them and tried repairing DB.
    Any suggestions?

    Hello Jim68,

    Can you please set 'Auto scale' to True in the Indicator menu for the Pivots indicator and check if you see the price markers. Likely 'Auto scale' is set to False and the Pivots lines are plotted outside the visible section of the chart.

    If the issue remains, please tell me know what instrument and interval is loaded in the chart. Let me know to what data feed provider you connect in NinjaTrader as well.

      I set the auto scale to True but still no change. Pivot type is daily, Prior day HLC is daily bars, no user defined values. calculate on bar close true, GBPUSD
      data feed is from PFG

        Can you please tell me what interval is selected in your chart as well.

        If you have a daily chart, you will not see Pivots lines in your chart. You will need to set 'PivotRangeType' to Weekly if you make use of a daily chart in order to view Pivot lines.

            I cannot reproduce the issue on my end. Could you please download and install our latest version (7.0.1000.3) from the link below.


            Subsequently uninstall the current PFG API client via the Windows Control Panel. Install PFG API client 1.0.459 from the PFG connection guide at the link below.


            Start NinjaTrader, connect to PFG and create a new $GBPUSD 7 Range chart and apply the Pivots indicator. Let me know if the issue remains.
