    OpenTick Real Time data question

    I am having problems getting Dow Emini (YM 12-07) real time data into Ninja Trader. Here are the exact steps I used to duplicate this problem:

    1) Closed Ninja Trader (no charts open, just control center window)
    2) Removed .MDB database and cleared out log files
    3) Started Control Center and created a 150 Tick chart (5 days of data) from the default list (selected YM 12-07)
    4) File->Connect->OpenTick. My chart got loaded with data but it only loaded data up to Friday 13:50 EST (so most of the Friday afternoon data is missing)

    Two problems:
    A) Obviously I need to figure out how to get the rest of the real-time data (in OpenTick I am subscribed to real time ECBOT data)
    B) In the log files it makes mention of ER2 12-07 Globex even though I'm not doing a single thing with Russell 2000 futures charts? Here are the contents of the new log file:

    On A:
    - please check your session settings
    - please try Tools->Historical data reload

    On B) If you e.g. have a ER2 position on sim account then this would request market data for the ER2 to calculated unrealized PnL

      A) My session settings are from 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM. This morning I now have data until 5PM EST so I'm suspecting it's something with how I have opentick subscription established. I'm going to check with them.

      B) I switched my default order contract from ER2 to YM and that got rid of the log message. Thanks for the tip there.

      I'll recontact you on item A depending on opentick's response. Thanks again for your assistance.
