    Advisor account & positions tab

    Hallo,

    I am trading since yesterday with an advisor account at IB. I have 3 client account underneath it. Today, in the positions tab, i saw a position on one of the accounts thah should have been closed. I closed the position manually and surprise!!! the position was never there, so I initizated a new position.

    I have reviewed the trades in the broker and the position was closed as expected, but the information on the positions tab in NT was wrong.

    Anyone has experienced such behaviour?

    Hello,

    Please report this into support at ninjatrader dot com and reference this forum post and please if possible send throught the applications ->Control Center->Help->Mail To Support.

    Please include your log and trace files so that we may look into this case on what specifically occured.

    Please be sure to let us know the time and date this occured.

      By the way,

      In the TWS; there is a drop-down menu where you can select the clients accounts. If TWS is not connected to NT, the drop-down menu works and you can select the accounts.

      As soon as TWS and NT are connected, the drop-down menu at TWS stops working.

      IB says this issue is being addressed. Is this info correct??

        Hello,

        I hope so. As this is an issue IB has had with there API for some time.

        Also, I recieved your note I will respond to you via that note after I have looked into the trace and log files.
