Shifting Time Bar Intervals

There any way to shift time bar start and stop times, perhaps by manipulating the session start time or some other means. For example, is it possible to generate 60 minute bars that will end on the quarter hour (e.g. 10:15 am)? As an alternative, I could build my own virtual 60 minute bars made up of the appropriate 15 minute bar OHLC values but would not be able to plot them. Any thoughts? Thanks.

If your start time is 9:15 AM, then each 60 min bar will ned on the quarter hour.
