A few things would be nice:
* add a button to slow down mkt replay, at same level of granularity as the fastForward button
* checkbox on/off: if on, then mktReplay slows down to 1x upon an order or an entry
this way we can let it run at 100x until it hits something interesting, and then start watching it in "regular" time (or 3x, 5x whatever we choose). otherwise, it flies by at 100x
