how can I set up hotkey using keyboard

Hi,sir:
how can I set up hotkey using keyboard?
i got problem to try it in real, the mouse, I do not want to use because it may make some mistakes, they said i can set B as buy and S as sell. but how can i make it happen?
i am afraid the documents in this forum have not show the detailed instructions.

Unfortunately B or S will not be a valid keyboard shortcut, but you can try with different modifiers with these.
