Problems submitting automated orders

hi there,

I've got a problem that is driving me crazy. I have a very simple strategy which enters a long position once the close is over a moving average and enters a short position when closes below the same moving average.

sometimes launches two orders:
- one closing the previous position (short or long)
- second one opening the new position (shor or long)

that is exactly what I want, tough it whould be much better with just one order reversing the position (avoiding at least double broker fee)

BUT, here comes the problem: sometimes the NINJA trader launches just one order closing the existing position but not entering the new position.

please, help me, because I can't find how it is possible!!!
