    Let me refrase this

    For anyone who looks at this post. Is your Ninja Zenfire connection working at this moment, anybodys response would be helpfull, negative or positive. Many thanks

    Zen does maintenance over the weekend I believe. Yesterday it was down am and early afternoon. i logged in around 7pm CST and all worked fine. Today was able to log on but can not get charts to update. Never had a problem during market hours or globex trading outside reg hours. A friend uses Rithmic direct thru Visions and says he never has this problem. So there is an option and commisions are cheaper.

      Thanks for your response. I will wait until tomorrow and see if the connection comes back. This happens so often, I just wanted to be sure this wasn´t just another of those NT problems that materialise from nowhere.

            Are you getting a connected ZenFire on the control center? ... mine is connected but took a little time to connect

                Zen-Fire had some maintenance yesterday where physical boxes within there data center were relocated. This may have caused a temporary window where you may not have been able to connect. The Zen-Fire network as of this post is up and running as are all historical data servers. You could try re-creating a connection via Tools > Account Connections. This will ensure you are using the most current connection points (to eliminate that your existing connection may be pointing to old routes) however, if this does not allow you to connect, it might be something ISP related.
