I really wish they would send us an email or post something on the website to inform of maintenance times or outages.... very frustrating when you don't know what is going on. Not a NT problem but still....

My charts shut off in the middle of the night - I thought it was my computer. Always reassuring to see it isn't me I have to agree it would be helpful if we knew in advance to plan for this.

Glad I'm not the only one with this issue. Hopefully the issue will be resolved by Sundays open!

There should be a notification page that is kept up to date so we can all go there to see if outages are planned. Then there wouldn't be confusion like this.

Thanks for the posts.

Yes, the issue is due to maintenence with Zen-Fire and I have forwarded a suggestion to our development to share when this will occur.

As a note I have just tested the connection once more and confirmed it is now connecting as expected following the maintenance.
