globex Instrument not supported and (panic) error

When I try to load my symbols I'm receiving these errors. My feed is PFG and TDamer. I'm using the the .3 ninja, I have the right API loaded and have windows 7 with the SPI pack loaded. I had PFG help me get it up and running last night and the charts were loading. This morning none of the futures symbols I try will load. thx in advance

Exactly which instrumetns are you getting this error?

In which order to connect to TDA and PFG?

Do you experience this issue if only connect to TDA or only connected to PFG?

I'm getting the error on YM, ES, TF, NQ... those are the ones I've tried. I'm connected in this order PFG then TDAmeritrade. I've also attempted to load the charts with each of them individually without the other connected.

Please try resetting your instruments and then restart NinjaTrader.


To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'. Then restart NinjaTrader.

Thank you Mathew, that did the trick. One last question. When I load "equity" charts with RANGE bars I don't receive historical data. I do get the historical on minutes, etc. Is there a setting that will allow me to receive range bar historical info for equities.

Unfortunately, TDA is not going to provide historical tick data for equities.
