Price on Chart?

Ok...dumb question I'm sure>> I updated to 7.0 and price at times trades off the chart. Can someone tell me how to keep price(range bars) on chart. Everything is set to auto scale. Thanks

Thank you for your post.

If the range bars trade out of visible range then can you please right-click on the y-axis and then select Properties. In the y-axis panel properties can you please set the Scaling to Automatic.

Additionally, there may be a small F icon in the top right of the y-axis that if you left click on should revert the scaling to automatic. More information at:

If I have misunderstood can you please attach a screenshot of your chart.
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
