sandman, can you please restart NT7, reconnect to your CQG connection and then check if the backfill of the data is possible?

Thanks Bertrand. Yes, everything's fine now - from the technical side and thank you for your assistance.

From CQG's service side it is less than satisfactory as it factually meant a loss of 3 hours of peak trading time for me in Europe: the morning hours from 9 to 12. And that is expensive for me in terms of lost income.

Thanks for reporting back sandman, I can surely understand and we're sorry for the inconvenience. Have you considered adding a backup provider for phases with technical issues?

How do I add a back up Data Provider? Could you refer me to right place in the HELP section.

Ok - I was referring to for example a connection to Kinetick, which could provide data backup in case an issue with your primary connection or it's data comes up www.kinetick.com
