Missing Historical Data

I have loaded in a chart of 5 years of 1 min data from tradestation. The data imports fine.

I pull up a chart, everything looks fine.

Then either a crash or i kill the ninjatrader process because of excessive memory use and when i go back to reload the chart part of the historical data is just gone. Like it will go from 3/4/2008 to 8/4/2008 with nothing inbetween. I can tell because the equity curve is flat during a WF.

Is there a way to delete manually the data safely that will not require a reinstall of ninja? I know some of this i am causing because of rogue code causing overuse of memory or related issues so if i can just remove the data and then reload it that would be fine.

Note. Reloading the data by itself does not fix the problem alone, so i am guessing the DB is being destroyed when i kill the process.

Thank you for your post.

Regarding the data you can go to Tools > Historical Data Manager > Edit. If you then find the instrument you imported the data for you can right-click and then hit the Delete. This will remove the data, and then after removing the data please repair the database from the Tools > Options > Data tab.

After making those changes please re-import the data as that should bring the full accounting into view on a chart without a re-install.
