Access to TDAmeritrade is intermittent

I use TDAmeritrade with NinjaTrader, and it appears that access to TDAmeritrade is intermittent. I cannot login 3 times, and then on the forth time I get in. It was like that all day yesterday and it's the same way today.

I posted a message about that on TDAmeritrade API forums yesterday, but there is no response from TDAmeritrade. There were other TDAmeritrade users who experienced a similar problem.

I would greatly appreciate it if NinjaTrader rep could report this problem to TDAmeritrade as well -- as a TDAmeritrade Partner, I expect NinjaTrader's query would get an elevated priority and somebody in TDAmeritrade would look at it.

Traceroute got me to Dallas network name and it died.
