New live trading licence

Hi Ninja,

I've just purchased a quarterly subscription, is there someone in sales in Europe who can send out a licence key or will I need to wait until Tuesday US time (assuming closed today) for the key?

Thank you for your post.

If you purchased through Paypal a Live license key will be send to you once we receive confirmation of your payment from them. This is an automated process.

In worse case scenario the confirmation can take up to 24 hours. However, in reality you normally should receive the license right away. If you haven't in 1 hour, send a note to sales at ninjatrader dot com and request your license, include the email you signed up with as well with your subscription number.

Although today is an Holiday, we have part of the sales team on later today during our regular operating hours.

Thanks Vincent. I paid via pay pal (credit card) 8 hours ago or so and still nothing. I will follow up with sales.
