    Backing up charts

I have been backing up my charts, data, etc weekly. I found the other day it is taking up a lot a space now on my hard drive. Do i need to keep all the old backup files i have saved from the past or can i just keep the most recent one (does it have everything in it)?

    Hi maggiej12,

    Thank you for your post.

Each time you create a backup file you will be saving all the settings from that point in time, and so as you continue creating backups the earlier created ones will become obsolete, and thus you can remove them. I would recommend you keep a few previous backup files, and then remove the rest, and then when a new backup is created you can remove one to offset the newly created file.
