Some trades not showing up on chart

Using NT6.5 with IB TWS , recently I have noticed that trades showing up on TWS (I use mkt depth window) are not getting through to NT chart, it seems like every 2nd or 3rd trade is registering . What can I do to resolve this (relatively new) issue? Thanks very much.

Thank you for your post.

Within IB's Traders' Workstation can you please go to Help > About and then please clarify the build of IB's TWS you are presently using. Also, in NinjaTrader if you go to Help > About can you please clarify the full version of NinjaTrader 6.5 you are using.

Additionally, can you please clarify if the trades that are not showing on the chart are placed within NinjaTrader in the SuperDOM, and if so that the account and instrument of the chart are the same as selected in the DOM.

TWS build 914.8 , NTV6.5.1000.19 , futures seems OK, stocks not OK but will confirm that tomorrow when mkt reopens.

Thank you for that information, based on the version of TWS you are using can you please uninstall and then install the current supported version 911.
