Manouvering within charts

Hi
Is there any way NT7 can be improved to allow for dragging charts VERTICALLY.
Dragging on the side bar condenses or expands. Dragging horizontally is possible. How about dragging vertically.
This was not an issue with NT6.5 but seems to be a necessity with NT7. Otherwise the candles get stuck at the top of the chart.
Reloading charts sometimes fixes the problem but not always.

Please hold the Ctrl key and click and hold your left mouse button on the right side of the Y-axis and move up or down.
