Append Template

Hello.

Currently when you load a template into a chart, it replaces all indicators that are currently on the chart with the indicators defined in the template.

Can you update the template function to support two types of templates : Replace and Append?

The Replace template will function as it does today and replace all chart indicators with the ones defined in the template.

The new function, Append Template, will ADD the indicators defined in the template to the indicators already defined on the chart, but not replace them.
