Historical GAIN data

I have been loading historical EURUSD GAIN data from the ninjatrader servers and can only go back as far as 18/2/2010. I used to be able to go back further. Is this still possible?

Are you using the same settings as before?

What do you have as your starting date in the Data Series?

In addition, what is the version you're using? V6.5.1000.19 or V7.0.1000.3 Beta? You can check under Help--> About.

The last time I tried was a long time agao and I was using Ninjatrader 6. I'm currently using 7.0.1000.2. I tried a variety or starting and end dates. Basically anything before 18/2/10 (i.e. a year ago) was blank and anything after was ok. Is there a cut off limit after a year of data?

Just curious, what interval are you using? Is this for a Minute chart? We've only started recording Daily data about a year ago.
You should be able to get more data than 1 year for a Minute chart.

I tried it for 5 charts with different intervals - 1 tick / 10 seconds / 30 seconds / 60 seconds / 90 seconds. Are you able to try and load eurusd with GAIN tick data earlier than the 18/2/2010 and see if you can replicate what I'm seeing?

I am with Gain Best I can get is Feb 2009 on a weekly chart

You should be able to receive more data.

Just tried again and I can get data when I set period type to minute. But when I try seconds or tick the charts are blank. Will send email as requested.

Have sent you screenshots of the exact same settings I use to login. Have tried using them on another PC as well so not sure why you can't login unless you're using different settings. Please verify your settings with the screenshots.

Just to follow up on this I received a response from support stating this behaviour is as expected and there is no tick or second data beyond a year.
