Horizontal Scaling

Hi,

Would it be possible to add an additional 'mico scaling' control to charts to facilitate better scaling control.

The current approach works well to a point then becomes 'jumpy' as it grabs larger chunks of bar. This makes it difficult to exactly position bars on the left edge of the chart.

Several packages I have seen overcome this with as second control (either slider or +/- buttons).
