new beta problem

Hey there! I have installed the new beta and followed all the instructions to get rid of custom assemblies but I get this error message and even after shutting down and restarting I cant get it to work. I have reinstalled and clicked repair but that doesnt work either.
I am with Mirus futures through Zenfire.
Running Win XP pro.

Yes Yes.
Each time I re download and install it is the same... just a couple of seconds before the error message pops up.
No trace file cos it never gets to load.

Does this mean you've followed my last instructions as well and started fresh completely?
