Tool for projecting / measuring moves

Is there a way I can measure a distance from a low to high and then project that distance up or down, to measure how far a move may go? Kind of like a fib projection except without the third point, just a straight double of the first two points. See the attached picture (top white line is same distance from middle as middle is from bottom).

There is not a compatible drawing tool in place currently, but I will forward this on to development for consideration as a future addition to the software.

Here is a custom Fibo Retrace draw tool set up to show the specific measured moves mentioned...see screen shot below...would this work OK ??
