Order expires MBT

I am submitting live orders to MBT via a automated trading strategy for Forex. I have the orders being submitted set to GTC within the strategy however, they are expiring at the end of the trading day which for Forex, is 17:00. Is this a glitch or am I missing a setting?

Hi SilverDragon,

Not all brokerages or exchanges allow GoodTillCancelled orders. Best is to check with MBTrading that they allow it. If they confirm that these orders are allowed, please mail us your log / trace files and we can look into. You can use NinjaTrader's Help > Mail to support feature. Attn: RyanM

I think I found the issue; there is a setting in the options to cancel exit orders when the strategy is disabled. See bottom of attached pic. I restarted NT last night at the same time the orders were cancelled. Good to Know.

BTW; MBT does except GTC orders.

Thank you for the follow-up, Silverdragon. Good to know you tracked down the cause of cancelled orders and that MBTrading does support GTC.
