How do I update all charts?

I'm using eod quotes from Yahoo. I don't understand how to update all the charts in my workspace using a simple key stroke, do I really have to "Reload all historical data" in every chart or is there a simpler way? Also, it seems a bit odd to reload all historical data as I only need the latest quotes.

Thank you for your post.

Clicking F5 with the chart selected should also do the trick. This is also a chart-by-chart setting however.

If you require streaming data, we'd recommend that you use a real-time data source.

Thanks for the reply. However, pressing F5 doesn't get the latest EOD quotes att all. I have to use the Reload all historical data to update the chart with the last days quotes.

Correct, F5 will reload all NinjaScript files you have applied in the chart.

Crtl + Shift + R will reload historical data in your chart.

Yes, I know, but it seems odd having to reload ALL historical data. Also, it takes a lot of time to reload all data. Is there no way to load only the latest quote. Also I would like to refresh all my charts at one key stroke. As of now, the only way to do this is to quit NinjaTrader and restart it.

Unfortunately, no more eloquent work-around is available with your EOD connection.

just to clarify... "reload historical data" option that's available when you right click on a specific chart will reload only the historical data for the instruments on that chart, not all the historical data that I have, correct?

edit: FYI: I have an IQFeed connection.

Yes, that is correct - only the requested chart is reloaded.
