Will Ninja keep 6.5 alive?

After using 6.5 and "upgrading" to 7, I've decided that I don't like version 7. I've ordered some custom indicators (for a hefty price) but the company wants to know if I want them for 6.5 or 7. Frankly, I'd rather go back to 6.5, but I'd be a fool to buy those expensive indicators, good as they are, if the folks who make the Ninja platform are going to close down 6.5 in the near future.
So, my simple question is: Will 6.5 be kept alive indefinitely? If not, how many years?

Thanks for your post.

We have no plans of dropping support for NinjaTrader 6.5 any time soon.

That said, if you're a Windows 7 user, Service Pack 1 is incompatible with NinjaTrader 6.5. While there's no requirement that you install SP1 at this time, Microsoft will likely change that in the future, rendering NT 6.5 unusable if Win7 SP 1 is your only option.

Thanks! Good to hear that 6.5 is going to be around. Also good to know about that bloody SP1 for Windows 7. Yes, one of my three computers is a version 7 (windows, not ninja !) so that's a factor to consider.
