error: 400 Data aquisition failed

Can not get charts to load todays data. This happens from time to time when market is not open yet, but one of my computers loads data fine, the other gives the message.

Can you please let me know what version of NinjaTrader you are using this is located in the Control Center under Help->About and is to the right of the NinjaTrader logo.


Also, can you please let me know what data feed provider your using and what time frame chart and instrument this occurs on.

I also tested on my side and was able to pull in data fine here before the market open.

Are you running any firewall or anti virus software on this PC?

Also, have you considered trying with NinjaTrader 7?

I just clicked reload historical data and it came up. I want to load 7.0, but I have several outside vendor indicators I use that are 6.5 only and don't want to lose them with the impending updates.

Hello,

I would contact your thid party vendors to check to see if they have version 7 version out now to upgrade. As almost all vendors should have these ready by now.
