NT 7 64 bit
Does NT 7 64 bit work? I saw the SP1 issue but other than that does it work reliably or should I use 32 bit? Also I'm using the latest version 7.0.1000.3Last edited by williammanda; 02-13-2011, 09:56 AM.Tags: None

I noticed that I have two NT 7 icons. One for NT 7 64 bit and another one. Is the last one for 32 bit?

Hi williammanda,
Thank you for your post.
Yes, the latter icon is the 32 bit version, and the 64 bit version will work depending on if your provider supports a 64 bit connection. More information at:
Contains critical information including but not limited to migration, installation, connections and changes.
Additionally, if you are using Zen-Fire there is an issue with the 64 bit version but it will only affect you if your regional settings are not US.

Hi Treggs,
Thank you for your post.
The issue with the 64-bit Zen-Fire connection within NinjaTrader 7 for users with Non-US based Regional Settings would have been resolved with the release of NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.4.
If you go to Help > About you can verify your current version, and if an upgrade is necessary you can go to Help > Download Site and then begin the process to upgrade the version of NinjaTrader.Ryan O.NinjaTrader Customer Service
