Upgarded to R3 - NT now crashing on connection to MBT

NT support,

I’ve just upgraded to R3 and am now getting crashes with that version every time it try to connect to MBT.

Troubleshooting I’ve already performed:

1. Reinstalled R3 (Repair)
2. Reinstalled MBT 11.5.0.5
3. Connected successfully to Esignal using R3

I’m still seeing crashes.

Any advice?

My apologies: unfortunately our help guide has not been update yet so you could not download the correct version of MBT Nav for NT7R3.

Please download it from here: http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...or11.6.0.0.exe

We will update the help guide latest early next week.

Thanks also for the link. That is fine and working now – I have connected successfully. Obviously, due to market closes I’m not able to test any price feeds or test orders.

I would suggest that you either pull the link or get the page updated ASAP. You will probably have some not very happy customers coming into Sunday night with the Forex market opens.
