    Kinetick data feed is up and down today

    Hi,

    I'm having trouble with my Kinetick data feed. I'm using NT 7.01000.2 on a Win/XP SP3 platform and the data feed runs for a while and them stops. One time I was able to get it back by disconnecting and reconnecting. Now that won't work either. I even completely shut down the NT application to see if that would help - it didn't.

    Is anyone else having this problem?

    No not over here, so this could be internet issue.

      Hi morpheus,

      I am not aware of any issues like those you are describing.
      Are you getting any errors (pop-up or in the Log tab)?

        System's back up now, but there were some log messages generated, e.g.,

        "Kinetick (Real Time): Unable to read server IP addresses: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has(LoginFailed)"

          This error can usually be resolved by a restart of your PC. Please let me know if you receive the same message within your Log after a reboot.

            I had teh same problem with Kinetick connections. On and off Friday. Verizon/Fios / LongIsland

              Hi ssylwester,

              Thank you for your post.

              Can you please clarify if the messages in the log file were the same as message that morpheus was seeing, and since the issue was not a system issue if the issue persists following a reboot of the PC.
