Superdom see prices

Hi,
when not working at Superdom the price list.
It can not I find prices to the handler.

I am connected to Kinetick and would like to carry on simulator.

I have now registered with IB and then does the Superdom.

Thank you for your post.

What instruments are you trying to view in the SuperDOM when connected to Kinetick?

Through Kinetick, are you sure that you have Market Depth (level II) access? You will need market depth in order to view futures products in the SuperDOM and Kinetick data.

If you are unsure, please check with Kinetick that you have access to Market Depth.

If your IB connection provides Market Depth, you should be able to connect to both Kinetick and IB at the same time to fill in this data.
