No reciving data from MBT for 6E

Hello

I am not receiving data from MBt for

I always receive this message "Error on loading chart data for '6E 03-11 Globex':Error(errServerSideNotEntitled) on loading historical data.
I am trying to get live data for one day to trade.

I try other futures currencies and I got the same message

Regarding the message you are receiving with MB Trading data can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. When replying can you please include your log and trace diagnostic files, and please reference this forum thread.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named ‘log.YYYYMMDD.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named ‘trace.YYYYMMDD.txt’

Additionally, can you please clarify the following items regarding your current installation.
What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About
What instrument have you selected?
(For a chart) what interval is selected?
Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center
