No backfill range bars

I had minute bars,, switch same chart to range bars and there is no backfill of data?

Can you please tell me who you connect to for data? Are you sure this provider offers historical tick data which is required to backfill range charts?

zen Been using range for a while so this is strange,, but closed NT and restarted now ok.. I was testing to see how the different instrument templates effected my strategy, when the range bars went out to lunch.

Hello,

If that happens again, you should be able to resolve the issue by right clicking on your chart and selecting "Reload All Historical Data" without having to disconnect.
