The chart in the screenshot looks as expected to me. As koganam points out, the bar before the red bar does not have a higher Low.

I understand the answer and the current behavior of the zigzag indicator.
My question is if you think that it is showing the correct low for this leg? (the lowest low)

Yes, it displays the low correctly.

Are you saying that its an illusion that the bar with a red arrow is lower than the bar with a green arrow?

It has a lower low, however its prior bar does not have a higher low thus the ZigZag is not plotted at the red bar.

So the zigzag indicator is flawed.
I didn't ask how the indicators makes the calculations. All I'm saying is that each zig and zag has to be correct and this one is not.
