Historical data problem with NT

Are Ninja 6.5/zenfire historical data servers having problems?

I am using NT 6.5 with zenfire live acct and when I try to load 6A 03-11,..or GC 04-11,..I am getting the following error:

ES is working fine though.

Hello achiever,

Thank you for your post.

I was able to load both of these instruments without issue on my end when using Zen-Fire as a data source. Most commonly, this issue can be resolved by restarting the PC and rebooting the modem and router. Please do so and let me know if the issue remains.

I tested with both NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.19 and NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.2.
